The Health Department promised and delivered! Reynold called today and spoke to a supervisor and it was promised we would have our permit before 6:00pm today. We received it at 4:30pm today! My file is being forwarded to processing and underwriting immediately. Reynold is a mortgage ninja!
What does this mean?:
10% chance I close Friday
85% chance I close Monday
5% chance I close Tuesday (If something were to go wrong)
We are hoping to Friday and I am planning on Monday. I have the fam coming up next weekend to help with painting and flooring etc.
update: 9pm- I got my good faith estimate in the mail today!
