get permit- insulation, electrical sockets, flooring in garage (contractor said he might get it this week- I will hear back early next week)

I got a quote for my insualtion for $175 plus i have a $100 coupon so $75 for garage insulation is awesome! Now I just have to find someone to do the electrical for not too much.

Got my new couch! It was delivered today.

Also, I cut my first piece of quarter round today.

I finished one more row or flooring by the bathroom. Futzed with the hall closet but didnt get anything really accomplished. Took out the quater round to start cutting, set up the mighty saw (!) and then went to bed.

Roommates name is Lisa and she says she will be here end of December. She is having her things shipped from one of the Dakotas.

thinking about hiring someone to do the quarter- round in the house so I can just have it done already.

Heard from my contractor yesterday- no news from the county regarding my permit.

Posted an ad on Craigs list for a roommate and already got a reply!
